Concrete Cloth by Peter Berwin and William Crawford

As reported in Specialty Fabrics Review, Peter Berwin and William Crawford developed Concrete Cloth, which is made from a three-dimensional fiber that contains a dry concrete mix.  The material features a PVC backing with hydrophilic fibers on the surface that when hydrated, cause a hard surface to form within 24 hours.
