Suzanne Feldt's Knitted Porcelain Bowl

As reported in Interior Design, Suzanne Feldt has created products by knitting forms in pure wool that are coated with porcelain and baked at 1650 degrees Fahrenheit.  In the final product, the wool is burned away and the ceramic mesh is kept intact.
